Straight answer: Reign TC charges $495 per side for contract-to-close transaction coordination in Las Vegas, invoiced at closing, with No Close, No Fee. Here is the full price list, what it includes, and how it compares.
Contract-to-close pricing
$495 per side (buyer or seller). $795 dual-sided when we represent both sides of one property. $275 new build or land. $95 pre-listing setup, paid upfront when we prepare a listing before it goes under contract. $25 offer writing, per offer, paid upfront: send us the terms (and the pre-approval letter on a financed offer) and we draft the purchase agreement and addenda, send it for your client's signature, and, if you want, deliver it to the listing agent. Team and brokerage rates are available; ask about them on your discovery call.
First file with Reign TC: $100 off. New to us? Your first contract-to-close file is $100 off the standard rate, so a single side is $395. Mention it when you start your first file or book a call.
No Close, No Fee

The $95 pre-listing setup and the $25 per-offer writing fee are the only upfront fees, and both are separate from the contract-to-close fee.
