2. How We Use Information
- To coordinate your real estate transaction with all parties (agents, lenders, title, escrow, inspectors)
- To send you status updates, milestone notifications, and required disclosures
- To process payments via Stripe (we do not store card information on our servers)
- To comply with Nevada real estate record-retention requirements (5 years per NRS)
- To improve our services and respond to inquiries
3. Information Sharing
We share transaction-related information with the parties involved in your transaction (agents, lenders, title, escrow, inspectors, attorneys) as necessary to complete the transaction. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We use the following third-party service providers, each governed by their own privacy policies: Google (Gmail), Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email marketing), Twilio (SMS, when applicable), Telegram (internal team messaging).
4. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Note: we may need to retain certain transaction records to comply with Nevada real estate law (NRS Chapter 645).
Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of personal information under SB 220 — Reign TC does not sell personal information, so no opt-out is necessary.
5. Marketing Emails & Opt-Out
If you receive marketing emails from us, every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also reply with the word "Unsubscribe" or email [email protected] to opt out at any time. Transaction-related emails (closing reminders, document requests, status updates) are not marketing and are not subject to opt-out for the duration of your active transaction.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies on our dashboard (dashboard.reigntc.com) to maintain authenticated sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS, encrypted sessions, and access controls. No system is completely secure; you should not share sensitive information over unsecured channels.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Effective Date" above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated via email to known contacts.
