  • Reign TC only uses email for communicating with your clients and other parties. Some of our TCs have a texting relationship with our agents, and use phone calls as a last resort when having to communicate conversations that are easier to explain on the phone. However, it is best to keep track of all communication via email for our systems and for your benefit as well. We will always respond to text messages & phone calls, but it is not our preferred method of communication. Please note we always CC you on all emails for your transactions.
