Enter the acceptance date and the periods from your contract. You'll get every deadline, with weekends, federal holidays and Nevada Day flagged. The defaults are common Las Vegas periods, so check each one against your contract.
Acceptance = the date the last party signed. Day 0.
All values are pre-filled with common Las Vegas periods. Check your contract: yours may differ.
The .ics file works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook.
Day 0 is the acceptance date. A 5-day period ends 5 days after acceptance: day 1 is the day after the last signature.
Calendar days count every day, weekends and holidays included. Business days skip Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays and Nevada Day (the last Friday in October). Title and recording are closed on all of them.
Weekend and holiday flags. When a calendar-day deadline lands on a weekend or holiday, we flag it and show the next business day. Whether it actually moves depends on your contract's wording. For close of escrow, the GLVAR purchase agreement moves a weekend or holiday COE to the next business day.
Your contract and your broker control. This calculator is a planning aid, not legal advice. Counters and addenda can change any of these periods.
