How to add it

Gmail on a computer

  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. In Gmail: gear icon → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, then paste (Cmd/Ctrl+V).
  3. Under "Signature defaults", pick it for new emails and replies, then Save changes at the bottom.

Outlook

  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. Outlook on the web or the new Outlook: Settings → Accounts → Signatures → New signature, then paste.
  3. Classic Outlook for Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New, then paste. Set it as the default for new messages and replies, then Save.

iPhone Mail & Gmail app

  1. Save your signature page (button above) and open the link on your iPhone.
  2. iPhone Mail: tap Copy signature, then Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature, and paste. If it pastes as plain text, shake the phone and tap Undo Change Attributes to bring the layout back.
  3. Gmail app: it only keeps a plain-text mobile signature (Settings → your account → Mobile signature). Your full signature still shows on emails you send from a computer.
