Reign TC is a Las Vegas transaction coordination company built by a coordinator, for the agents who go all in. We run the file from executed contract to keys so you can stay in front of clients.
Our story
Founded in 2020 by Lexi Barraza, Reign TC was born from a decade of real estate experience and a simple belief: agents deserve a TC team that treats every file like it's their own. Lexi has coordinated transactions since 2014, with 2,500+ files managed, and is the licensed Nevada TC of record on every Reign TC file.
Based at 4160 S Durango Dr in Las Vegas, we serve agents, teams, brokerages and investors across Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Boulder City and the rest of Clark County.

How we work
- Same business day. Send the executed contract and we open the file, extract every date and email all parties that day.
- Published pricing. $495 per side, $795 dual-sided, $275 new build or land, invoiced at closing. See the pricing page.
- No Close, No Fee. If the deal cancels, there is no contract-to-close charge.
- Agent and client portals. Every file, date and document in one place for you, and a branded portal for your client. See the demo.
